Shipment insurance

All shipments sent by us within the EU and EEA are insured for the full value of the goods.

Shipping outside the EU and EEA

If you are interested in sending goods to countries outside the European Union or EEA, contact us first.

Confirmation email didn't come up with what to do

Emails confirming customer accounts and orders are generated automatically and always leave our server. If you don't have an email in your inbox, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders. We recommend marking the sender as "not spam".

How long it takes to deliver an order

Delivery in the EU usually takes no more than 10 working days. Delivery time depends on the spedition accessibility of the recipient's location.

Shipment not arriving, what to do?

If the delay is longer than 5 business days from the time frame described above, contact the shipping company. If you are not successful with the solution, contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, always provide the order ID.

Are orders shipped with Track & Trace?

Yes, all orders are shipped with online tracking service.

Shipping to duty-free countries

The online store only sends the order and possible customs declaration for the shipping company. Payment of customs and other fees and any related tax liability are the responsibility of the buyer.
